Services

Room Cleanings

We are eco-friendly 🌏; mid-stay cleanings are only included for longer stays.
For stays of 4 nights, rooms will be cleaned once. Every 3 nights more, one extra cleaning is added.

If you want to have your room cleaned more often, additional cleanings are available for a fee. (p.s. We only charge you what it costs us. 😊)

If you need new amenities or towels, you can grab some from the amenity racks.

Want to reduce your 👣 even more by skipping a mid-stay cleaning? Let the crew at the front desk know or just put the "No Thanks" magnet on the front of your door!

Garbage Pickup

If you only need your garbage collected, put up the "Garbage Pickup" magnet on the front of your door before 10:30 am and we'll do the rest.

Careful: if you have a "No Thanks" magnet on your door too, we can't enter. ☹️

Switch between the different heating/cooling functions using the mode switch button.

Summers in Japan are very humid 🥵 so to get the best results from the AC unit, set the mode to "dry" (ドライ)instead of air conditioning.

Stay cool!
